PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We assign one of our trained Project Managers to work with you in your business on a project basis. This ensures you have someone with the skills, knowledge and resources to implement the Action Plan Report, which will enable you to move your business forward.

Our Project Managers ensure that the operational areas of business growth are covered.

After our Action Plan Report has been delivered and agreed, our Project Managers start working to the identified tasks. They may work both 'in' and 'on' your business on a day-to-day basis (or as agreed), to provide you with skills and resources that otherwise may not exist within your business. They are supervised by Karina Samperi to ensure that the Action Plan Report is being implemented according to the agreed tasks and ensuring maximum benefit.
