ACTION ‘IT’ PROCESS

Clear your Clutter!
Do you want a breakthrough in productivity? Not sure how to get there? Here is a simple and powerful way to get you going.

Many of the Samperi clients have used the ‘it’ process to ‘clear the decks’ and start a whole new level of personal productivity in work and personal organisation. By doing the ‘it’ process you will experience more energy and self esteem and be able to relate to your work environment and colleagues with a much more focussed attitude.

What is the ‘it’ Process? It is a 4-step process to help you clean out the clutter in your office and set up an easy, efficient system to keep your space clear. The 4 steps help you remember what to do when you pick up a piece of paper, document, report, magazine or any other documentation that you have been saving for a ‘rainy day’.

Some of the Items you may need to have available to perform the ‘it’ process:

1. Post-it-notes (small and large)
2. Notepad
3. Pencils
4. Highlighter pens
5. Box of Manilla folders (coloured)
6. Large, durable trash bags
7. Empty boxes
8. Clear (coloured) folders for current items on desk.
