KS: Business Efficiency Specialists
TDT: What do you love
most about running your own business?
KS: Watching my clients' reactions when they start to see the
results, and the comprehension of how and why these results have
been reached.
TDT: What has been your
biggest challenge?
KS: Getting myself out of the way for the business to grow.
TDT: Do you have a small
business tip?
KS: If you want to change the way your business operates - change
the way you think
TDT: How many hours do
you work a day?
KS: 8-10 hours
TDT: If you were given
$100,000 to put towards your business, how would you use it?
KS: I would write a book on how to improve Business Efficiency
from an Australian perspective.
TDT: What is your favourite
part of the job?
KS: Working with people from variety of industries all with different
issues, and being able to provide practical solutions that are specifically
tailored to suit their needs and help them achieve the desired results.
TDT: What do you like
the least?
KS: That there is no room for complacency.
TDT: How has your life
changed since you started your own business?
KS: In every way: personal growth and a great sense of achievement
from having a significant impact on my client's businesses.
