Established in 1998, Samperi Consulting Group was located in Manly, Sydney, NSW, Australia and employed a small team of staff. In 2008, the business relocated to Cairns, Far North Qld, Australia, the former home town of the founder, Karina Samperi.

KARINA SAMPERI

Karina Samperi has over 11 years experience specialising in project management, operational efficiency, business process improvement and the ability to implement change management programs to improve productivity and performance. Karina partners with small-medium businesses and corporate clients with strategic planning, organisational restructure, operational and process improvement, performance measurement and reporting, data analysis, and human resource management.

A qualified and experienced trainer, Karina is a confident public speaker and excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with people across all levels of an organisation. Experience includes group work facilitating training workshops as well as one-on-one coaching programs.

Whilst for many people it is natural to resist change, Karina is able to provide the inspiration required, opening the way to facilitate action. She also has a powerful ability to motivate people, improving staff morale and fostering teamwork. Karina's supportive approach consistently results in staff working more productively and effectively, which ultimately enhances the working environment.

Karina has been instrumental in achieving significant savings for clients in a wide range of industries such as professional services, financial services, accountants, real estate, manufacturing, FCMG, state and local governments, recruitment, pharmaceutical, education, hospitality, mining and retail.

Karina commenced her working life in Cairns, and then moved overseas (UK & Canada) and interstate where she further developed career expertise through academic achievement and consulting success. She is once again a Cairns resident and is confident that her breadth of experience can benefit clients to achieve their goals.
